
FISHKILL, N.Y. (NEWS10)– Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is returning this spring from March 31 to April 13. The week features prix fixe menus at over 100 restaurants in eight counties.
The restaurant week, produced each fall and spring by “Valley Table Magazine,” features participating restaurants offering prix fixe breakfast, lunches and dinners $24.95, $29.95, $39.95, or $44.95. The menus can be offered for both dine-in or take-out, depending on the business.
