Winnipeg police are asking for the public’s help in finding a teenage girl who has been missing for over a week.
Sophia Tews, 13, was last seen at around 4:30 p.m. on March 20 in the city’s Westdale area, police said in a news release Saturday afternoon.
She is five foot one with a thin build, and has brown hair and eyes, police said. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie, pants and runners.
Police said they are concerned for the girl’s safety and are asking anyone for information regarding her whereabouts to contact the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
