Special full council meeting to be held in Grimsby over 'Lincolnshire ten to two councils' letter

Independent Group for North East Lincolnshire councillors and Reform UK Cllr Oliver Freeston have triggered a special full council over the the ‘Lincolnshire ten to two councils’ reorganisation letter
