Jellytots & Co, which is a ‘kids play cafe’, has been listed on the market for £65,000.
Located on Old Mill Road, the business was established more than five years ago.
The Scottish Business Agency, which is selling the venue, said the current owners are looking to sell the business due to having another business in another sector.
In an advertisement for the venue, the agents claim the eatery has a turnover of between £100k and £200k.

(Image: Scottish Business Agency) A description for the property reads: “The subject is positioned on Old Mill Road, a stone’s throw from the Tunnock’s Factory and the Main Street.
“Walking distance is an outdoor play park, and neighbouring businesses include a beauty clinic, nursery and The Castle Rooms function space.
“The interior of the property houses 45- 50 covers, depending on layout, primarily table & chair layout.
“The bar area is well set up for servicing the space, and the kitchen has its own service hatch for preparing food.
“There is a small play area for under 2’s with seating nearby for parents, through to the rear is a bespoke built children’s play area featuring houses, castles, a boat and a sensory room.
“Through to the back of the property is a separate function space, booked for regular classes such as baby ballet and utilised for children’s party packages.
“Genuine reason for sale as it’s operated under management – this is due to the owners having other businesses, which are taking up the majority of their time and focus.”
