Allan Fitzpatrick, 44, of Crown Street, Rochdale targeted a hotel on January 27. He damaged a wooden table and drinks glasses, causing £537 worth of damage. He also racially abused a security guard.
On February 5, he pleaded guilty and was given a 12-month community order with six months of drug rehabilitation activity. He was also asked to pay £537 compensation to hotel and £300 fine, uplifted from £230 for racism, and £163 charges.
A spokesperson for CPS North West: “Last month Allan Fitzpatrick, 44 from Rochdale, caused damage at a Blackpool hotel then racially abused a security guard.
“Sentence: 12 month community order with six months drug treatment, rehabilitation days, £537 compensation to hotel, £300 fine (uplifted from £230 for racism) and £163 charges.”
