Police were called to Paulsgrove in Portsmouth last week after 10.30pm on January 13, receiving reports that a firearm was shot outside of an address on Chedworth Crescent.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, but officers carried out an investigation and put regular patrols of the area in place.

Kurtis Roger Lake, 28, of Sholing Road has now been charged with possession of a Class A drug (cocaine), possession of a Class B drug (cannabis resin), possession of a shotgun, possession of a firearm with intent to commit an indictable offence, and possession of a firearm when prohibited for 5 years.
Mr Lake was remanded to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates Court today, where he was further remanded to appear at the same court on Feburary 24.
Hampshire police said: “Anyone with any concerns can speak to one of our uniformed officers in the area.”
