Mark Holmes, 35, of Melander Close, off Beckfield Lane, York, pleaded guilty to having extreme pornography in an East Yorkshire village. He was given a 12-month community order with 15 days’ rehabilitative activities at Hull Magistrates Courtand ordered to pay £150 prosecution costs and a £114 statutory surcharge.
Matthew Chappell, 30, of Leeman Road, was convicted in his absence of three offences of failure to say who was driving his car when it was allegedly committing three motoring offences in South Yorkshire on three dates in August and September 2024. He was banned from driving for two years by Sheffield magistrates, fined £660 and ordered to pay £110 prosecution costs.
