Cyclist Tom Manston died in an accident involving a black Range Rover at Southampton Road in Ringwood on Saturday, June 14.
Mr Manston, a keen angler who lived in Ringwood, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Paying tribute, his family said: “Tom was a loving son, grandson, and father of two to Freddie (5) and Frankie Ray (4).
“His laughter, caring and kindness will be missed by all his friends and he will always be in our hearts.”
Police are still appealing to witnesses to the accident.
