Danville police search for missing at-risk boy

(KRON) — The Danville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing at-risk child.

Police say 9-year-old Alex Duarte was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Saturday while walking eastbound on Camino Tassajara from Casablanca.

Police believe Alex may be in the area of Camino Tassajara and Blackhawk Drive.

He is described as Hispanic, 4-feet-11-inches tall, and weighing about 70 pounds. At the time of his disappearance, police say Alex was wearing a black-colored t-shirt that reads “Just keep stimming,” gray sweatpants, and Adidas sandals.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call the Danville police dispatch center at 925-646-2441.
