A 31-year-old man known to frequent the area of Burnell Street is missing and Winnipeg police are concerned for his well-being, police say.

A 31-year-old man known to frequent the area of Burnell Street is missing and Winnipeg police are concerned for his well-being, police say.
Charles Harper was last seen on Sunday in the area of Polo Park mall and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark brown pants, a black baseball cap and wire frame glasses.
He is described as five feet three inches in height with a thin build, black medium-length straight hair worn in a mullet, a thin mustache and brown eyes.
The Winnipeg Police Service asks that anyone with any information regarding Harper’s whereabouts contact the missing persons unit at 204-986-6250.
