A LORRY has crashed off a busy Scottish motorway and onto a railway line.
The HGV has gone down an embankment on the M74 and landed on the tracks near Gretna.
Trains are currently not running between Dumfries and Carlisle which is causing travel chaos.
Network Rail wrote on X: “Due to an obstruction on the tracks near Gretna trains are not running between Dumfries or Carlisle.”
