Sagar Massey, a fine-dining chef, brought his signature flavours to Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar’s Riwaz restaurant in Beaconsfield.
The invite followed Sagar’s appearance in the final of BBC Masterchef: The Professionals earlier this year.
The sold-out event saw diners treated to a five-course tasting menu, highlighting the best of Scottish produce.

“Atul is a legend and to have his encouragement and support is a dream come true for me.
“He’s a great mentor, chef and businessman.
“The diners were very complimentary, and the salmon starter was a firm favourite.”
Atul, known for his regular appearances on James Martin’s Saturday Morning show, was equally impressed by the collaboration.
