
DENVER (KDVR) — More above-normal temperatures are in Denver’s weather forecast for the rest of the week, ahead of much cooler weather and the chance for showers this weekend.
Weather tonight: Mainly clear
Wednesday night will be mainly clear and cool.
Low temperatures will fall near freezing, which is more than 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Weather tomorrow: Sunny, mild
Thursday will stay sunny and mild. Temperatures will climb to the mid-50s, which is about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Looking ahead: Cooler weekend, chance for snow
The sunny and mild trend continues on Friday.
High temperatures to end the week will climb back into the 60s, which is nearly 20 degrees above normal for this time of year.

A cold front will move into the area Friday night, bringing snowfall to the mountains. A few snow showers could push into the metro by Saturday mornings, followed by cooler, more seasonal temperatures in the 40s.
Snow showers in the mountains continue on Sunday, while the Front Range will be drier with cooler temperatures struggling to hit 40 degrees. The workweek starts off even cooler with high temperatures in the 30s and the next best chance for snow on Tuesday.
