Russia needs to improve the new missile system more than its nuclear doctrine, according to the Russian president
The introduction of the Oreshnik missile system in Russia reduces to a minimum the need to use nuclear weapons, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
Putin made the remarks on Tuesday at a meeting of the Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights.
