Merseyside Police are continuing to question a man on suspicion of attempted murder and driving under the influence of drugs, after a car collided with fans celebrating Liverpool’s Premier League title win.
65 people were injured, with 11 still in hospital. Police said the incident is not being treated as terrorism.
