To win, you’ll need to go to Heinz’s Instagram page and nominate someone you think deserves a year’s supply of soup.

Aldi
Shoppers at Aldi could win get their food shop for free today as £3,000 of vouchers are available.
Customers will need to submit a picture of their receipt and 30 shoppers will be chosen at random to each receive a £100 voucher in return.
To enter, shoppers need to send a picture of their receipt to KindnessCompetition@Aldi.co.uk. The competition will run from 8am to 23:59 today.
