Mortgage prisoners are being offered a new option to escape vulture funds that own their loans and charge them sky-high interest rates.
Recently established non-bank lender Núa Money has launched a loan product that removes a number of the onerous conditions. These lending criteria have stopped mortgage prisoners moving their home loans away from vultures to mainstream lenders.
