SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A gas leak was reported Saturday morning in the Encanto neighborhood, according to the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department.
The incident began around 9:30 a.m. in the 6600 block of Broadway. SDFD sent four engines to the scene, along with a crew from a supporting agency. A total of 26 personnel responded.
The surrounding roadway was temporarily blocked off but has since reopened to traffic. SDFD reported that the incident ended at 11:08 a.m.
There are no reports of injuries or evacuations at this time. No further details were immediately released.
SDFD thanked the City of El Cajon for their assistance during this incident.
