Enzo from Southampton was last seen yesterday at his home, but he did not go to school.
Instead, it is believed that he may have travelled to Leeds, West Yorks.
The 14-year-old is black, around six-foot tall, slim and has his hair in short plaits.
Hampshire police said: “Since being reported missing, officers have been conducting enquiries in order to try and find him.
“His family are extremely concerned for his welfare, and we are now turning to you for assistance.
“If you have seen Enzo, or have any information about his whereabouts, then we want to speak to you.
“You can call 101, quoting the reference 44250013625.”
