JADE left Glastonbury festival-goers stunned as she made her debut on the Woodsies stage on the final day of the iconic event, joining her on stage was Confidence Man
BBC viewers were left gobsmacked after JADE, one out of Little Mix, swore live on TV during her maiden Glastonbury appearance.
The 32 year old songstress took to the Woodsies stage for her debut and while she honoured her Little Mix roots with her mates by performing anthems such as Shout Out to my Ex, Woman Like Me, and Touch, JADE also made it clear she’s delighted to focus on her solo project.
Her set included tracks from her forthcoming album titled That’s Showbiz Baby!, however, the crowd got more than they anticipated when the singer dropped an expletive.
The moment came as she was belting out her tune Gossip with electro-dance group Confidence Man and let slip the word “c***”.

It seems the afternoon BBC stream didn’t catch the rude word in time, leading fans to express their surprise over social media.
A spectator tweeted: “Jade dropping the word **** at 15:52 on a sunny summer afternoon at Glasto? Like I said, ICON! !”, reports the Mirror.
Another fan chipped in saying: “Jade said **** live on the BBC and it’s not even 4pm. Icons only.”
Meanwhile, another viewer quipped: “This year’s #Glastonbury catchphrase is definitely ‘Tina thinks you’re a ****.'”
And yet another fan wasn’t anticipating the blunder: “Jade dropping the word **** was not on bingo card.”
Those tuning in via BBC iPlayer were forewarned with a heads-up that read, “Contains very strong language and flashing images.”
JADE was visibly moved as fans joined in during her Glastonbury set, taking a moment to honour her Little Mix bandmates Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Perrie Edwards.
Although Jesy Nelson parted ways with the group in 2020, she was part of their original formation.
While on stage at the iconic music festival, JADE took a moment to say: “Firstly, shout out to Little Mix. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am to those girls for literally changing my life and who would have thought then that we would have a Little Mix girlie up here on the Glastonbury stage.
“But I can’t lie, it feels good doing my own songs that I’ve written from my heart.”
She went on to say: “That was the old me, now it’s time for something new.”
Exciting the crowd further, she announced special guest appearances, introducing Confidence Man to join her.
During her dynamic performance, JADE also made a bold statement against Reform UK in a powerful rendition of her track FUFN.
The acronym standing for ‘F*** you for now,’ JADE rhythmically listed off serious issues that she’s opposed to, saying: “Reform! Transphobia! Selling arms! Genocide!”, which the audience strongly echoed with shouts of “F*** you.”
