The gates to Testwood Paddling Pool on Salisbury Road will swing open at 10am, closing at 6pm each day for the rest of the season.
Totton and Eling Council confirmed that the pool would welcome visitors again in a social media post, though they also set clear rules for those using it.

A spokesperson for Totton and Eling Council said: “Please note that our pools are an important community feature and we would remind everyone to take care of our facilities so that we can enjoy them for years to come.
“Please do not allow your children to run around any of the pool areas.
“Please make sure your children wear some form of footwear and swimwear at all sites.
“Please accompany and supervise your young children on all visits to the pool sites as we cannot accept that responsibility.”
The council also warned users that the pool may be closed without prior notice through “bad weather, maintenance, staff shortage and vandalism etc”.
