A kitchen gadget that Amazon shoppers say ‘takes the hard work out of food prepping’ has been reduced to £24 in a Prime deal.
The Geedel Rotary Cheese Grater and Vegetable Slicer has attracted more than 7,000 Amazon reviews and is now reduced from £29.99 to £23.99.
The handy tool makes light work of cheese, vegetables, fruits and nuts, with one turn of the handle equalling 12 cuts, making meal prep faster and easier.

One impressed shopper said: “This is a really good gadget, easy to put together, easy to use and it washes up in the dishwasher, it’s sturdy and has a suction bottom so it doesn’t move when grating, makes grating cheese and veg so much easier and faster, would definitely recommend.”
A second fan wrote: “Easy to assemble and easy to use. Sticks solidly to work surface or glass chopping board. Slices carrots, cucumber, peppers very finely, grates garlic, cheese etc very well.
“It has a pusher to hold down the item to be sliced/grated so no danger to fingers. Much easier for arthritic fingers to use than a normal square grater. Very well made, compact design, functions extremely well. Worth every penny.”

However, one person complained that it was difficult to clean, saying: “This is sharp and does a good job. However I find a lot of waste as the ends get stuck and debris stays in the machine. Cleaning it is a hassle unless you are doing a lot of work. One person meal prep is just too much cleaning for this gadget.”
