Actor Emmad Irfani said working on the hit television show Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum was the best experience of his career. During an appearance on a private news channel, Irfani was asked whether he faced double standards by fellow actors after his Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum co-star Naeema Butt recently said that her cast mates didn’t like sharing the stage with others.
Emmad Irfani replied;“I don’t know what her experience was, but for me, Kabhi Main Kabhi Tum was the best experience of my career. Being with Javed (Sheikh), Bushra Ansari, Fahad Mustafa — whom I played brothers with, and our relationship was brotherly on and off camera. I had challenging scenes with Hania (Aamir) and Naeema.”
He reiterated how positive the experience had been, adding that if someone offered him the chance to do it all over again, he’d seize the opportunity with both hands. When asked whether his time on and off screen had been a rewarding experience, Irfani said yes.
“I think that’s why the drama was a hit. The camaraderie and chemistry we had off-screen showed in the illusion we created on-screen. No one knows what happens behind the scenes, and humans have their own likes and dislikes, which creates conflict.”
He maintained that his experience with senior actors was also pleasant.
It was also asked if Irfani believed the entertainment industry was insecure, to which the actor replied: “Every person has insecurities and fears and overcoming them should be your goal.”
Emmad also expressed his pleasure and joy by saying ” It was great to work with those seniors in an cooperative enviroment.”
